We are experienced in valuing and assessing the outlook for real estate funds and companies across Europe and APAC. KR&A advises real estate investors about their data, strategy, and sustainability journeys.
We support decision-making for asset-, market-, and fund selection for senior management, investment committees, portfolio managers, fund selectors, risk managers, and analysts. Through access to our Dutch Search Engine, European Data Portal and Flash Due Diligence interfaces and APIs. Our team of data scientists and software developers is constantly discovering new information and improving client perspective and performance.
Personal Information We Collect
Data collected by KR&A is limited to the information needed to provide the services contracted between KR&A and the customer. If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so. Please note that we may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent, in compliance with the above rules, where this is required or permitted by law. We collect and use various types of information we believe is necessary only to administer our business, and to offer you the best possible customer service.
Customer information we collect is categorized into the following types:
