実施内容
携帯電話の移動記録を当社独自の空間データと組み合わせて分析し、駅周辺の人流と交通パターンを曜日・時間帯別に定量化しました。

3年以上にわたり9つのポータル全てで週次のデータ収集を運用し、重複排除・クレンジング・整備を、監視された一貫性のあるパイプラインで管理しています。
成果
品質が実証されたクリーンな時系列データセット。データはオランダ統計局(CBS)でも利用されています。

Eurostat向け住宅価格指数
課題
Eurostatは、13の国内不動産ポータルに分散する売出価格データが公的住宅価格統計を支えられるかの検証を求めていました。
実施内容
2年間のプロジェクトで13ポータルから数百万件のレコードを収集・クレンジング・構造化し、住宅価格指数(HPI)の手法で分析しました。ドイツ連邦官報(Bundesanzeiger)のHPI実行可能性調査に続く、Eurostatからの2件目の受託です。
成果
数百万件規模の複数年データセットとHPI分析を、欧州連合統計局に納品しました。
