Challenge
An assessment of the area around Amsterdam's Holendrecht metro station required an objective view of visitor volumes and their variation over time, beyond what conventional counting methods provide.
What we did
We analysed mobile phone records in combination with our proprietary spatial data to quantify footfall and traffic patterns around the station by day and time period.
Result
An evidence-based activity profile of the location, providing an objective foundation for the assessment.

Multi-year portal data programme for a Tier 1 client
Challenge
A Tier 1 client required reliable, analysis-ready data from nine complex real estate portals, sources subject to frequent structural change.
What we did
For more than three years, we have operated weekly data collection across all nine portals, with deduplication, cleaning and preparation managed through monitored, consistent pipelines.
Result
A clean longitudinal dataset of proven quality; the data is also used by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

House price indices for Eurostat
Challenge
Eurostat sought to establish whether listing data could support official house price statistics, drawing on asking prices distributed across 13 national real estate portals.
What we did
Over a two-year engagement, we collected, cleaned and structured millions of records from the 13 portals and analysed them using house price index (HPI) methodology, our second assignment for Eurostat, following an HPI feasibility study of the German Bundesanzeiger.
Result
A multi-year dataset comprising millions of records and accompanying HPI analysis, delivered to the statistical office of the European Union.
